When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to discuss your goals and struggles, and then we’ll dive into the transformative 90-day Body, Mind, and Spirit program. Throughout this program, we will embark on a personalized journey tailored to your needs, focusing on the following steps:
